The best way to get to know our clients and their available cellaring spaces is through a site evaluation.  During a Site evaluation WCSC inspects the cellar space for cooling and racking options.  Site evaluations include: assessing proper environments for a cellar, concepts for creating a new space if necessary, room set up (vapor barrier, insulation, etc..) , room measurements, racking options and climate control options.  After the site evaluation comes the fun part, the design.
